Scottish games at Payson

These guys throw an empty beer keg up over this 24 foot cross bar. It was amazing and fun to watch.

Payson Scottish Days

Steve is eating a Twisted Tater. It was like eating a continuous potato chip. They take a regular potato and stick it on a lathe type thing and turn it through a blade that slices it thin and in one piece. Then they fry it. Put salt and vinegar on it or other spices and yum!
